As a Manager at Wema Bank Plc he led commercial banking activities with responsibility for business development, portfolio management, profitability, balance-sheet management, risk assessment, budgeting and team performance. Earlier roles include capital markets and investment advisory at Afrinvest West Africa, branch management at Dominion Trust Limited, and operations and public-sector marketing at Prudent Bank Plc.

Earlier still, he sourced and executed government procurement contracts for equipment and supplies — hands-on experience in supplier engagement, commercial negotiation and contract execution that now underpins Morpheus's supply and procurement capability.

A senior executive, lawyer and board professional with over 25 years of experience across corporate law, financial services, corporate governance, risk management, strategic advisory, development programming and stakeholder engagement.

She is Executive Director of AKI Initiatives, overseeing development programmes across 16 Local Government Areas in Taraba State, and a Non-Executive Director of Dominion Finance Company Limited, where she chairs the Credit Committee and sits on the Audit & Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Finance & Investment Committees. Her legal career includes Legal Counsel at Dominion Trust Limited, CSR Leader at Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited, Practice Manager at Templars, and Group General Counsel at Qaisar Ventures Limited.

Bolaji Dotun Olaleye, ACCA

Finance & Operations Director

A finance and operations director, strategic adviser and organisational leader with extensive experience building strategy, financial systems, operational structures and multidisciplinary teams across public and private sector organisations.

He led finance at The Bridge Academy in Hackney, London (sponsored by UBS), managing an organisation with annual revenue above £10 million and assets of around £40 million, and contributed to a £52 million development project. He led the in-sourcing of facilities management and catering there — reported savings of about £1 million over four years — later advised the Qatar Foundation on international expansion, and founded Tridan Business Concepts, a consultancy for schools, colleges and charities.
